  • Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled by the client before any work has started, a full refund of the initial deposit may be provided, minus a small administrative fee.
  • Work in Progress: Once work has commenced on a project, refunds are typically calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
  • Completed Projects: No refunds are provided once a project has been completed and delivered to the client according to the agreed specifications.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and fees are non-refundable, including:

  • Third-party costs (e.g., domain registration, hosting fees, stock media licenses).
  • Urgency fees or rush order charges.
  • Completed milestones that have been approved by the client.
