Solving Operational Bottlenecks

Challenge: To design and build an ultra-premium, modern eco-luxury resort digital portal for Bhawal Resort & Spa, located in a 30-acre rain forest in Baraipara, Gazipur, while simultaneously architecting a highly dense, comprehensive backend Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform for complex resort operations. Solution: We engineered a unified platform combining a gorgeous, high-fidelity guest-facing ecotourism portal with a 76KB+ data-dense admin ERP dashboard and a functional staff roster hub. The frontend features a custom SVG turbulence distortion liquid water wave slider, visual villa/dining planners, and an active booking engine. The backend leverages React Context API to manage live shift timers, housekeeping check-points, engineering tickets, SMS dispatch marketing, and strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) audit logs.
